Holger “The Viking” Rune declares himself fit to play UTS Oslo

Holger Rune has declared himself fit to play in this week’s UTS event in Oslo after injury.
The 20-year-old – “The Viking” – had been a doubt after he was forced to quit during his semi-final in Montpellier last weekend due to a forearm injury.
But the Dane says he’s ready to go and will take his place in the eight-man field, where he will be one of the stars of the show.
World No 5 Andrey “Rublo” Rublev is joined by Australia’s Alex De Minaur “The Demon” and Casper Ruud, “The Ice Man”, who is sure to be a crowd favourite as he plays at home.
Alexander Bublik, “The Bublik Enemy”, is also in Oslo, fresh from his title win in Montpellier, while Dominic Thiem – “Thieminho” – and Gael “La Monf” Monfils and Benoit “The Rebel” Paire complete the line-up.
UTS Oslo takes place on February 9 and 10.
