    Welcome to UTS Experience (the « Application »). This Application is published by or on behalf of
    UTS Inc. (« We& », « Us » or « Our »). By downloading or otherwise accessing the Application you
    agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (« Terms ») and our privacy policy. If you
    have any queries about the Application or these Terms, you can contact Us at

    2.1 Personal Use: The Application is made available for your own, personal, non-commercial
    use. You agree not to use the Application for any commercial purpose whatsoever without
    obtaining our prior written consent.
    2.2 No Illegal or Unauthorized Purpose: You agree not to use the Application for any illegal or
    unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations (for example,
    federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Application and your Content
    (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws.
    2.3 Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use
    of the Application. This includes local laws in your country of residence and in the country where
    you access or use the Application. You must not use the Application in any way that is unlawful
    or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
    2.4 Prohibited Behavior: You must not use the Application in a way that could damage, disable,
    overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users. You
    must not collect or harvest any information or data from the Application or our systems or
    attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Application.
    2.5 User Content: You are solely responsible for all data, information, and other content that you
    collect, record, submit, upload, post, display, or otherwise transmit (collectively, « Content ») via
    the Application. You agree that you will not post, upload, or transmit any Content that is
    offensive, inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of any third-party rights.
    2.6 Modification or Alteration: You may not modify, adapt, or change the Application or alter
    another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Application or with us.
    3.1 Free Services: UTS Inc. offers both free and premium (paid) features within the Application.
    Access to the basic version of the Application is provided free of charge (« Free Services »). The
    Free Services may contain advertisements, and the functionality may be limited compared to
    the premium version of the Application.
    3.2 Premium Services: Access to premium services within the application (« Front Row ») is
    directly connected to holding any (day or full event) ticket to an event during the season. Ticket
    holder will not have to pay any additional fees for these services. Premium Service will be active
    up to one month (31 days) after the last day of the event for which the ticket(s) have been
    purchased for.
    3.3 Automatic Renewal: The Premium Services will be renewed based on future purchase of
    event tickets.
    3.4 Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancellation: You will be able to upgrade to the Premium
    Services dependent upon ticket purchase to an event. You will be downgraded to Free services
    once the duration of the Premium Service is over as defined in point 3.2 above. You will not be
    able to cancel your Premium Service once activated.
    4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Application, including but not limited
    to its software, content, features, and services, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics,
    design, compilation, computer code, products, software, aggregate user review ratings, and all
    other elements and components of the Application (excluding user content), including but not
    limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, logos, and all other
    proprietary rights of any kind, whether registered or unregistered (« Intellectual Property ») are
    owned by, controlled by, or licensed to UTS Inc. or are otherwise used by UTS Inc. as permitted
    by law.
    4.2 Protection: The Intellectual Property is protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and
    trademark laws of the United States and other jurisdictions, international conventions, and all
    other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws.
    4.3 Restrictions: You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit,
    distribute, or modify the Intellectual Property in any way, including in advertising or publicity
    pertaining to distribution of materials on the Application, without UTS Inc. prior written consent.
    You also agree not to adjust or try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the
    Application (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or
    other security technology embedded or contained within the Application.
    4.4 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, UTS Inc grants you a
    limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable license to download, view, copy,
    display and print the content within the Application solely in connection with your permitted use
    of the Application and solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
    4.5 Infringement: UTS Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users
    of the Application to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement
    that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.
    5.1 Extent of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UTS Inc. shall not be
    liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages,
    including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible
    losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Application and its services, whether
    the services are free or paid.
    5.2 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interaction with the Application and
    your actions within it. You agree to indemnify and hold UTS Inc. harmless from any loss, liability,
    claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or
    arising out of your use of the Application in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or
    arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
    5.3 Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Application is at
    your own risk and that the Application is provided « as is » and « as available ». UTS Inc. makes no
    representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or
    accuracy of the Application or its content for any purpose. Application operation may be subject
    to errors, defects, problems, or service interruptions.
    5.4 Force Majeure: UTS Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations
    hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond UTS Inc. reasonable control,
    including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
    Under no circumstances will UTS Inc be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting
    from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Application or your account
    or the information contained therein.
    5.5 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UTS Inc assumes no liability or
    responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or
    property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our
    Application; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all
    personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from
    the Application; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or
    through our Application by any third party; and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or
    for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed,
    transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Application.
    5.6 Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of UTS Inc and any of
    its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing
    shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Application or $1000, whichever
    is lesser.
    5.7 The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for
    any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
    6.1 User Responsibility: The Application includes features that allow users to communicate with
    each other and/or post, share, or otherwise contribute content, including but not limited to
    images, comments, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (« User Content »). You are entirely
    responsible for the content you post and agree that you will only upload User Content that is
    compatible with and adheres to these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and
    6.2 Compliance: You represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to distribute and
    reproduce such User Content and that the User Content complies with all applicable laws and
    does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or moral rights of any third party.
    6.3 License to Use User Content: By posting User Content to the Application, you grant UTS Inc
    UTS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use,
    reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in
    connection with the Application and UTS Inc’s business, including without limitation for
    promoting and redistributing part or all of the Application (and derivative works thereof) in any
    media formats and through any media channels.
    6.4 Review and Removal: UTS Inc reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to
    review, monitor, or remove User Content at our discretion and without notice. However, UTS Inc
    takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted, stored, or
    uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto
    6.5 Prohibited Actions: You agree not to post User Content that: (a) may create a risk of harm,
    loss, or physical or mental injury to any other person or entity; (b) may create a risk of any other
    loss or damage to any person or entity; (c) may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort; (d)
    contains any information or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically
    offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing,
    humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, or otherwise
    Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these
    terms by this reference and follows below.
    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice
    or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings,
or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms and Conditions
or their formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
9.2 Jurisdiction: You agree that the courts of [Your Jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction
to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to these Terms and
Conditions or their formation.
9.3 Enforcement: You agree that UTS Inc is permitted to seek injunctive or other equitable relief
(without the obligations of posting any bond or surety or proof of damages) in the event of any
breach or anticipatory breach by you.
9.4 Waiver: You waive all rights that you may have or that may hereafter arise to contest
Delaware’s jurisdiction over you and judgments of its courts.


This Privacy Policy (« Policy ») applies to the mobile application Your App Name,
owned and operated by UTS Inc. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your
information when you use our Application. Please read this Policy carefully.

    1.1 Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email
    address, and contact number when you register for our service or contact us.
    1.2 Usage Data: We may collect data about how you use our Application, like the pages you
    visit, the links you click on, and the actions you take within the Application.
    1.3 Device and Log Information: We may collect information about the device you’re using the
    Application on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device
    settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
    We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to develop
    new ones, and to protect our Application and our users.
    We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside
    of UTS Inc .
    The collected personal data are limited to what is strictly necessary (data minimisation rule).
    We collect and use only the personal data that we need in order to offer you a high-quality
    experience and personalised services.
    Your data is processed as part of the use of the application and its functionalities and, unless
    you expressly oppose it, is kept for the time during which the platform is in operation.
    We may need to collect different categories of personal data from you, in particular:
    To Identification and contact information (surname, first name, e-mail address)
    Under no circumstances do we collect data from special categories (article 9 of the GDPR)
    known as sensitive data.
    The personal data collected as part of the services offered by MOURATOGLOU are processed
    using secure protocols and enable our company to manage the data received in its IT
    applications. In order to fulfill the above purposes, we may disclose your personal data only to :
  • service providers and subcontractors performing services on our behalf;
  • services dedicated to the organisation and management of the UTS tournament
  • services dedicated to customer/user relations
  • services dedicated to communication and marketing

In accordance with the legislation in force, you may exercise the following rights:
o Right of access: you may obtain information about the processing of your personal data and
details of that data. You may also update that information.
o Right of rectification: if you consider that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you
may request that it be amended accordingly.
o Right to erase : you may request that your personal data be erased in accordance with current
o Right to oppose : you may oppose the processing of your personal data.
o Right to withdraw your consent: if you have given your consent to the processing of your
personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that this
right is not applicable retroactively.
To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your data under

Proof of identity may be requested if there are reasonable doubts about your identity.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your Data Protection rights have not been respected, you

We are committed to protecting your personal information against unauthorized access,
destruction, or alteration.
MOURATOGLOU has nominated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in the company DPMS (THE
NEOSHIELDS) and an internal GPDR team dedicated to ensuring the compliance of its
establishments and the security of the processing of personal data.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by
revising the date at the bottom of the Policy and, depending on the specific changes, we may
provide you with additional notice or require a renewed consent.

  1. The prize draw will be open at 9.00am on Friday 15th December 2023 and close at 11.59pm on
    Sunday 17 December 2023.
  2. Entry to the prize draw is by texting UTSUK to 70215. Text messages cost your standard network message charge (based on your service provider rates – please check with your provider). You will then receive a free bounce-back message from 70215 providing you with instructions to enter the competition and the option to make a donation to LTA Tennis Foundation.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt, opting out of the optional donation will not affect your entry into the prize
  4. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK (please note the text service to enter the prize draw does not include Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile networks). The prize draw is open to those aged 18 or over, except (i) any employee of Lawn Tennis Association Limited and any of its subsidiary or holding companies (including but not limited to LTA Tennis Foundation and LTA Services Limited), (ii) any family member of such employees and (iii) any representatives, agents (including employees of the same) or persons connected to the competition (or members of their families). Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
  5. A maximum of four entries can be made per mobile phone number.
  6. Please ensure you spell the Keyword correctly and send your text message to the correct Short
    Code within the time period that the prize draw is specified as being open. If your short code is
    invalid, or your text message is received outside the specified time period you will not receive a
    bounce-back message but may still be charged your standard network message charge. You will not be donating to LTA Tennis Foundation nor will you have entered the prize draw. If you enter the Keyword incorrectly but we, acting reasonably, believe that you are trying to find out more
    information about the prize draw, you will be sent the free bounce-back message, as described
  7. If you’re a UK taxpayer, LTA Tennis Foundation can claim an equal share of an additional £2.50 in

  8. There are only four prizes available to win. They are 1. a pair of tickets to the cinch Championships 2024, 2 x signed tennis rackets and UTS merchandise bundle.
  9. The winner will be selected at random and contacted on Tuesday 19 th December 2023 by LTA
    Tennis Foundation by telephone. If the winner does not respond in order to claim the prize by the
    end of the next working day, LTA Tennis Foundation reserves the right to contact the next eligible

  10. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the elements of the prize cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specified above, no other costs or expenses will be covered by LTA Tennis Foundation, or any of the prize providers.
