Style and personality

Possessing a booming serve and bruising ground strokes, Great Britain’s Jack Draper is the type of talent that can take the racquet out of his opponent’s hands. His lethal left-handed serve and menacing forehand take time from his opponents, and he’s also blessed with good touch around the net. Fresh off a title at the Bergamo Challenger this week, where he defeated UTS veteran David Goffin, Draper is in fine form and ready to assert himself against the best in the sport.

Career

Draper achieved a career-high ranking 22 times in 2022, as he climbed from outside of the top 200 to inside the top 50, and peaked at No.38 in the rankings. Injury troubles have sent Draper back down the rankings but his trip to the second week at the US Open is more proof that he has the talent to compete for the biggest titles on the ATP Tour.
