What types of tickets are available?
Three types of tickets are offered: Single tickets for one session, a 1 day pass or 3 day pass.
What do I have to pay attention to when booking a 1 day pass?
The 1 day pass includes 2 sessions (afternoon and night session). You can choose different seats for the two sessions, but they have to be from the same seating category.
What do I have to pay attention to when booking a 3 day pass?
The 3-day pass includes 5 sessions. When booking, only one seat can be selected, which is then valid for all five sessions.
Are tickets personalised to the customer?
The tickets are not personalised and can be transferred to other individuals.
Can I return/exchange my tickets?
An exchange or the return of the already purchased tickets is generally excluded.
Is it possible to request a change of seat?
Unfortunately a seat change is not possible.

Hospitality at UTS London includes access to the VIP Lounge, catering and of course, guaranteed prime courtside seating.
Discounted tickets are offered for children and young people between 6-20 years, wheelchair users (with accompanying person) and groups of 10 or more. Please note that valid proof of age such as ID is required for entry to the arena.
The children’s discount can be selected in the drop down menu during the order process.
Are there special discounts for young children?
Children under 6 years are allowed to enter the venue without a ticket, but they do not have the right to a seat (“lap ticket”).

Tickets for wheelchair users and their companions can only be ordered via customer service. 0333 344 6250
How can I buy group tickets?
Step 1: Go to the booking menu and call up the seating charts.
Step 2: Select the seats you want by clicking on them. If you select more than 10 seats, you are able to select the “group ticket” price for each individual ticket from the drop-down menu.
Can tickets be upgraded?
You accidentally bought a reduced-price ticket even though you are not eligible? Don’t worry, you can change your reduced tickets into full-price tickets on the day of the event at the box office by paying the price difference. Full-price tickets cannot be changed into reduced-price tickets at a later date.
