It’s G-Unit v The Viking for the Brisbane title as Grigor Dimitrov and Holger Rune face off on the ATP Tour.

Dimitrov reached the final of UTS Frankfurt in 2023 but has not won an ATP title since 2017 – while Rune got down to the last two of the UTS Grand Final in London, crowning a terrific year in which he won the title in Munich and reached the quarter-finals of Wimbledon and Roland-Garros.

Both have put on a stellar display in Australia to begin their 2024 seasons, with Dimitrov dropping only one set en route to the final – and that was against former world No 1 Andy Murray in the first round.

Rune, meanwhile, is the tournament’s top seed, and enjoyed straight-sets win in his quarter-final and semi-final – underlining his great form.

The Dane will also be at UTS Oslo next month, where he will be in group action against Casper “The Ice Man” Ruud, Alexander Bublik (The Bublik Enemy), and Dominic “Thieminho” Thiem.
